FAQs

The main objects that sync between systems are Companies, Deals, and Invoices in Hubspot, which map to Customers, Contracts, and Invoice in Tabs. When a Deal of Closed-Won completes, Companies and Deals sync from HubSpot to create Customers and Contracts in Tabs, which is a one-directional sync. Then, when an Invoice is sent from Tabs, an Invoice is also created in Hubspot, which is also a one-directional sync from Tabs to Hubspot.

Contract documents pull from the Deal record. By default, they come from the Attachments section of the Deal. There is additional functionality to configure Tabs to pull Quote documents associated with the Deal as well.
